One of the challenges presented by traditional consulting methodologies is the investment required in time and fees. While complex business issues are usually not solved overnight, we have encountered situations where a concentrated joint effort between the client and the consultant can achieve remarkable insights, solutions – and ultimately results. We believe this approach can be effective in many situations and for any size of organization. As a result, we’ve developed the “Accelerator” Workshops program.
Accelerator Workshops are designed to attack a common problem (see our “ready-to-go” sessions listed below) – or can be designed to address a unique client situation. Either way, we conduct pre-workshop research, then develop and facilitate an intensive one-day session. The workshops are designed with a specific outcome and deliverable – reached by the end of the day.
